Chris has been working in real estate for over ten years, both as a top real estate agent in the Taunton area, as well as an active redeveloper within the New England area. He is focused on providing the best possible service to his clients. Chris grew up south of Boston, and is very familiar with what the area has to offer. He received a degree in Business Management and served our country for over 14 years on active military duty in the United States Army, and now in the Army Reserves holding the rank of Master Sergeant (E-8).

Chris has a passion for real estate, and has worked in the field as a licensed appraiser and is currently an active real estate agent with Brownstone Realty Group. Chris also has significant rehabbing experience, as he has overseen the renovation of over 200 houses in the last three years.

His market knowledge is second to none, and he is known for his ability to communicate effectively and respond quickly to his client’s needs. Chris resides in Taunton, MA with his wife and son & daughter, and enjoys traveling, golfing, sports and entertaining family and friends.

Kim Harrington

Principal Partner, Finance Director

Kim Harrington has been actively involved in real estate investing for nearly 10 years. She is the principal of a well-regarded real estate solutions provider in the residential market, specializing in purchasing non performing assets at deep discount to market value. Her focus is on both residential properties as well as mortgage notes.
Kim started her career as an analyst for a mid size consulting firm servicing Fortune 500 companies where she worked with clients from a broad spectrum of industries. She also served as Director of Treasury Controls within the Treasury and Capital Markets Group of MassMutual Financial Group. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA with a focus in Finance and Organizational Behavior from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Kim has founded start up real estate investing companies, which specialize in rehabbing distressed residential properties and managing short sale negotiations with both national and regional lending institutions. Her organizations have successfully facilitated over 200 real estate transactions, in excess of $40M. She also provides advisory services for a number of real estate investors within New England. She is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer on real estate investing at professional symposiums. Kim currently resides in the Midwest with her husband and three children. She is an avid reader and enjoys traveling, running and spending time with family and friends.

Thomas Ramondetta

Principal and Lead Attorney
Tom Ramondetta is a real estate broker in Raynham, MA and an attorney who has specialized in Massachusetts home sales for over a decade. Tom helps experienced and first-time home buyers purchase homes throughout Massachusetts. He also works with sellers on the sale of their homes. Tom brings to his clients a unique blend of strong advocacy skills derived from his legal background, coupled with market knowledge, providing exemplary service to his clients.
Tom, who has been practicing since 2003, also owns and operates a law firm. He has concentrated his practice in real estate matters. Tom represents buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He also represents numerous banks, lending institutions and mortgage companies in both residential and commercial matters. He is also an agent for several national title insurance companies.
Tom graduated from Boston College High School in 1991, the University of Miami in 1995 and earned a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2003. He is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.
